Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid…For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
So, if possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you all.
Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love.
Where there is injury, pardon.
Where there is doubt, faith.
Where there is despair, hope.
Where there is darkness, light.
Where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive.
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life.
Amen.
For He Himself … is our peace.
