PG Part Six: "You Don’t Have to Find God’s Will"

Our kids have asked us this question in various ways through the years: But how do I know if I’m in God’s will?
I can’t really answer that question better than the attached article does. His summary is this: If you want to know God’s will for your life, here it is: “He has told you, O mortal, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” (Mie. 6:8). The will of God for your life is justice, kindness and a humble walk with him. Nothing more is required of you. Of course, what this verse has to teach us takes a lifetime to learn, but it will make a good lifetime, one that honors God.
I can’t believe how well he expresses what I would like to pass on to my kids. It’s long, but I encourage parents to take time to read it.
